$50,000 - $100,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Partner with experienced advisors and leadership to strengthen your expertise and provide exceptional client experiences
- Complete a structured training program focused on financial planning, business development, and client relationship management
- Utilize digital tools and data insights to prepare for client meetings and deliver personalized financial guidance
- Deliver ongoing service and support while building trust and expanding your professional network
- Utilize AI-powered prospecting and business development tools to identify potential clients and uncover opportunities within the small and mid-sized business market
- Develop lasting relationships with individuals, professionals, and business owners by understanding their financial priorities
- Analyze client financial information to help develop customized strategies aligned with their goals
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, business development, retail leadership, or other relationship-driven roles is preferred
- Strong initiative with a desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop professional relationships
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
- Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve long-term financial success
