HR Business Partner
- Oversee administration of yearly employee engagement survey, team check-ins, pulse survey, manager action planning and communication.
- Utilize employee feedback channels (surveys, exit interviews, listening sessions, etc.) to identify areas of need and solutions.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and engagements.
- Track and report on engagement metrics and recommend action plans based on findings.
- Partner with the Pistons recruiter on integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, engagement and retention.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of a positive corporate culture by supporting recruitment efforts, policy formulation, team-building initiatives, organizational culture programs, employee events, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Lead and implement strategies for emerging talent, including the intern program and initiatives to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to make sure they function efficiently and achieve their established objectives.
- Help build and execute talent management activities including: Succession planning, talent movement and retention, leveraging workforce analytics and insights.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders and employees including coaching, counseling and career development.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and raise to next level leadership, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and advise appropriate parties of upcoming legal changes.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Ongoing evaluation of current business processes to identify necessary systems & tools, optimizing those processes and seeking feedback from all stakeholders to enhance the employee experience
- Serve on 401k Committee

- 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
