Salary Range: $123,000 - $172,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations.
• Direct cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making and drive profitability.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing an accounting team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their financial impact.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international financial reporting.
