Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing plans and processes.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture, tooling, and layout design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation, and production line balancing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in robotics programming or industrial automation systems (e.g., PLCs)
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Minitab) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
