Service Center Manager Diesel / Truck & Fleet Operations

- Ensure efficient turnaround times on diesel trucks and fleet vehicles
- Supervise and develop technicians
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and evaluate technicians and support staff. Maintain
accountability, scheduling, productivity standards, and a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor productivity and enforce company policies
- Assist with complex diagnostics and repairs
- Manage customer relationships and communication
- Track KPIs including labor efficiency, revenue, and comeback rates
- Ensure OSHA and safety compliance Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years diesel repair experience
- 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, DPF systems, and diagnostics Preferred:
- ASE certifications
- Fleet maintenance experience
- Shop software experience Skills & Competencies - Leadership and accountability
- Strong communication
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving ability
