Accounts Payable Analyst
Kforce's client, a well-established, growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their Shared Services team in Lansing, MI. This is a permanent opportunity offering career growth, stability, and flexible work arrangements. Summary: The Accounts Payable Analyst will support complex AP operations within a structured, high-volume environment. This role requires strong technical AP expertise, comfort working within ERP systems, and the ability to manage accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries accurately. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable activities involving complex transactions
- Prepare and manage AP accruals
- Complete account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries (AJEs)
- Ensure accuracy and compliance within AP processes and controls
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support close activities
- Extensive Accounts Payable experience, including complex AP transactions
- Candidate must be able to go to Lansing, MI two or more days a month
- AP accruals
- Account reconciliations
- Adjusting journal entries
- SAP experience is mandatory
