Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues and equipment failures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability of new products and processes.
• Create and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, and routings.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in applying Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC programming in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with PLC programming, industrial automation, or robotics
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
