Job Summary

Timber Ridge Tree Care is looking for a motivated, high-energy Content Creator to help grow our social media presence and generate leads for our arborist services.

We are a 30-year established tree care company serving West Michigan with cranes, spider lifts, and large-scale tree operations. Our work creates incredible real-world content, and we are looking for someone who can capture it and turn it into engaging videos, posts, and advertising campaigns.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys creating videos, working with social media, and building something meaningful.

Timber Ridge Tree Care is a professional arborist company serving Comstock Park, Grand Rapids, and surrounding West Michigan communities.

Services include tree pruning, crane removals, stump grinding, arborist consulting, and emergency tree work. Our crews operate specialized equipment and handle large tree operations, creating unique content opportunities that most marketing jobs do not offer.

Duties

• Film tree work, crane removals, pruning, and arborist operations
• Create short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels)
• Manage and post content on company social media platforms
• Run and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Edit videos with captions, music, and graphics
• Track engagement, leads, and ad performance
• Occasionally visit job sites to capture footage of crews and equipment
• Help grow the Timber Ridge Tree Care brand online

Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Video editing using software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
• Basic photography and videography
• Understanding of social media engagement and analytics
