Salary Range: $143,000 - $194,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production goals and business objectives.
• Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage maintenance and reliability of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a strong safety culture and ensure high-quality standards.
• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring a diverse team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations or workforce.
• Proven experience in new plant start-ups or major capital expansion projects.
