🚨 NEW STARTING RATE: $21-23/Hour 🚨

MMI Engineered Solutions is looking for reliable, energetic, and positive individuals for the Shipping Clerk position. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments

• Ensure efficient shipping operations through detailed knowledge of procedures, transit routes, and rates.

• Responsible for ensuring the on-time shipment of all products to meet customer commitments by managing all shipping activities and processes that may impact delivery performance.

• Oversee the maintenance of shipping records such as bills of lading, invoices, and orders to ensure accurate prioritization and assignment of shipments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge and experience of shipping procedures and record keeping methods

• 2 years of Supervisory experience

• 3-5 years' experience in shipping and receiving

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.

• Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stepping on and off the forklift regularly.

• Shipping in all weather conditions - snow, rain, heat

• Ensure that only products meeting quality standards are shipped and that all shipments are packed in approved, compliant shipping containers.
