- Assist with daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
- Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle sales and financing.
- Support marketing efforts by updating social media and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
