Packing Associate
Service Pack Associate
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15.50/hour to start
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Overtime: Weekends and overtime as needed based on production needs
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Service Pack Associates for a facility in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, employees will be responsible for repackaging automotive parts for dealerships in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Repackage automotive parts according to customer and company specifications
- Inspect parts and packaging for accuracy and quality
- Label, sort, organize, and prepare parts for shipment
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Report damaged parts, packaging issues, or discrepancies to supervisor
- Support team members as needed in other packaging or production-related tasks
Requirements

- Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or automotive parts experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Attendance is extremely important
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, move, and handle automotive parts as needed
- Ability to work overtime and weekends based on production needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in packaging, repacking, warehouse, or automotive-related work
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Good work ethic and consistent attendance
