Mortgage Processor

The Consumers Credit Union team is looking to hire a passionate Mortgage Processor to join our team. In this role, you will you will be responsible for coordinating the loan from conditional underwrite through clear-to-close. You will also validate data and documents to deliver a complete file back to underwriting.

What you will do:

• Own pipeline communication with members, LOs, title, and realtors to maintain momentum.
• Collect/validate VOE/VOI/VOA, credit supplements, title, insurance, clear stipulations quickly.
• Order/track third-party reports; maintain milestone accuracy in LOS.
• Prepare clean handoff to Closing with zero critical defects.
• Coordinate and schedule all mortgage loan closings and obtain all payoffs and required documentation to complete the file. Provide required information to Closing team by established deadline.
• Maintain strong, positive partnerships with Sales management, Loan Originators, Underwriters, Closers and Title companies.
• Assist in any area as directed by the Mortgage Operations Manager.

What you'll bring to the table:

• 2+ years residential processing experience.
• Strong organization and communication.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Driven self-starter.
