General Labor
Location: Sparta, MI Pay: $16 per hour Shift: 3rd Shift Job Summary
Work locally and put your skills to use in a shop where your work is truly appreciated! We’re looking for a General Laborer to assist with digital printing and kit packing orders to prepare products for shipment. This is an entry-level position offering steady work, great experience, and the opportunity to grow with a reliable team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with digital printing orders and kit packing to prepare items for shipment.
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks in a fast-paced, dusty environment.
- Follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail to ensure quality work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
- Ability to lift 2–25 lbs, bend, stoop, walk, stand, and listen for extended periods.
- Able to stand 8–10 hours per day and work overtime as needed.
- Self-motivated and able to take direction well.
Preferred Skills
- Basic math knowledge required.
- Strong attention to detail.
