JOB TITLE:

Dishwasher - Retail Dining

JOB PURPOSE:

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish room areas of the dining locations in the Union. Weekday availability between the times of 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. There are morning, noon, and afternoon into early evening shifts available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep up with dish washing demands at Panda Express and Chick-fil-A

Maintain health codes and food safety in prep kitchen and dish room.

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist in wiping down walls, cleaning floors, cleaning tables, trash, changing soda bibs and keeping kitchen equipment clean. General kitchen cleaning.

COMPETENCIES:

Attention to detail and timeliness.

Works well with a team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Dish washing experience.

Trainable position.

The ability to stand for an extended period without accommodations.

Lifting 25 lbs. or more periodically with or without accommodations.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior dish washing experience in an industrial kitchen.

Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
