CT Tech Job Details – Lansing, MI

• Location: Lansing, Michigan 48912 (Michigan healthcare jobs)
• Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care Hospital, Level I Trauma Center, Magnet/Teaching Facility
• Employment Type: Travel CT Tech (Locum Tenens)
• Assignment Start Date: September 2, 2025
• Assignment End Date: December 2, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Mid Shift, 4x10-hour shifts weekly (1:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Weekend Requirement: 2-3 weekends per month
• Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Charting System: Epic EMR (Preferred)
• Parking: Free parking garage access with badge
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2270 - $2330

CT Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
• CT Certification (ARRT-CT) and ARRT (R) credentials required
• Proof of high school education
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Ability to start peripheral IVs and administer contrast media
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across all age groups
• Weekend availability (2-3 weekends/month)
• Active Michigan state license required by start date (no pending licenses)
• First-time travelers not accepted

CT Tech Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for trauma, stroke, and critical care patients
• Operate advanced diagnostic imaging equipment for high-quality results
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed
• Start peripheral IVs and assist in emergency procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced trauma environment
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR
• Deliver compassionate clinical support to patients from neonates to geriatrics
• Follow hospital protocols and compliance standards
