Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and P&L management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans for growth and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Exceptional talent development and team management skills, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience leading Industry 4.0 or advanced automation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or customer base.
• Prior experience with successful ERP system implementations or major upgrades.
