Shape Quality on Day One

You start first shift with a fresh cup of coffee and a dashboard full of SPC charts. A spike in a Cpk trend draws your eye. Within minutes, you’re digging into the data, mapping an 8D, and coordinating containment with a supplier while updating the customer on response timing. A walk to the production floor follows: you verify nonconforming parts are tagged, quarantined, and dispositioned correctly, then partner with operators to prevent recurrence. After lunch, you lead a layered audit, complete a product audit against customer requirements, and close the day by publishing performance metrics and tightening up a work instruction. That’s a good day as our Senior Manufacturing Quality Compliance Analyst.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Quality team with technical guidance, resources, and hands-on problem solving.
• Collect and analyze quality data to drive root cause and corrective actions (8D, Pareto, SPC, Cpk).
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, including containment, response, and corrective actions.
• Ensure non-conforming products are properly identified, quarantined, and dispositioned.
• Compile performance metrics and report departmental results to stakeholders.
• Provide technical quality support to production and office staff.
• Perform product audits to confirm compliance with customer requirements.
• Participate in internal process, layered, and product audits.
• Create and maintain work instructions, reports, and SOPs with clear, current documentation.

What You Bring

• Hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality system requirements.
• Working knowledge of SPC, Pareto Analysis, Cpk studies, and 8D root cause analysis.
• Understanding of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Gage R&R.
• Ability to read blueprints and strong GD&T knowledge.
• Comfort with numbers and statistical data.
• Two-year degree preferred.
