• Property management experience
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing standards

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time property management position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based in Sheridan, MI, and also supports our community in Stanton, MI 48888.

As the Affordable Housing Site Manager, you'll serve as a trusted resource for both prospective and current residents throughout their housing journey. Your day may begin by assisting applicants through the leasing and housing application process, answering questions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Throughout the day, you'll provide exceptional customer service to residents, help them understand and meet affordable housing eligibility requirements, and complete annual recertifications so they can continue receiving their housing subsidy. You'll also oversee maintenance-related activities, coordinate work order completion, and help ensure homes and common areas remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Through every interaction, you'll play a vital role in strengthening the community and supporting residents in maintaining the stability they deserve.
