Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles, ensuring staffing levels meet manufacturing demands.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and company standards.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and disciplinary actions, to support productivity and quality.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity within the manufacturing industry.
- Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive, safe work environment.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, technical skills, compliance, and leadership development for factory personnel.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning and retention strategies, to address talent needs in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, labor relations, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies for production roles.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law (e.g., FLSA, FMLA) and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) relevant to manufacturing.
- Proficiency with HRIS and leveraging HR data for strategic decision-making.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Experience managing HR for a multi-site or shift-based workforce.
- Background in labor relations or unionized environments.
- Certification or strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety program management.
