Key Responsibilities:

As an Appliance Repair Technician , you’ll be responsible for providing top-quality maintenance and repair services for home appliances. You’ll be working directly with customers, troubleshooting issues, and getting appliances back in action. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing Repairing Appliances: Troubleshoot and fix common home appliance problems (fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, etc.).

• Customer Communication: Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain the services needed to resolve the problem.

• Parts Management: Order and ensure efficient use of necessary parts for repairs.

• Payment Collection: Process payments for completed work and ensure a smooth transaction experience for customers.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• 2+ years of professional appliance repair experience (paid, full-time, residential)

• Experience with Sealed Systems, Residential Appliances, and R600 Lokring is a plus

• EPA License required
