Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee vendor and supplier performance to ensure material availability and quality.
• Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts within project processes and manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Familiarity with common ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems
• Experience with CAD/CAM software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
