Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures in manufacturing equipment.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and component replacements for industrial systems.
• Install, commission, and test new machinery and production line equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repairs.
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Proven ability to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Machining experience (lathe, mill operation).
