Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize manufacturing projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress and manage manufacturing milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to manufacturing processes, supply chain, and project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for manufacturing design review.
• Background in supply chain management or procurement within a manufacturing context.
