BCBA Therapist
We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or a professional with a Masters in ABA coursework to join our team. Candidates must have strong knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) , excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage both clinical and supervisory responsibilities. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual candidates may receive additional pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and behaviour support plans
- Adjust and create programs to meet client needs
- Collaborate with families, directors, and support teams on case progress
- Train, supervise, and support clinicians and therapists
- Communicate with funding sources and maintain billable caseloads
