Warehouse Worker
Production support:
- Working under the direction of Supervisor to achieve daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Material handling:
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
- Picking and filling orders.
- Managing and organizing stock.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
Equipment operation:
- Operating conveyor systems, other industrial machinery, and potentially forklifts and pallet jacks, using specialty tools and hand-held power tools when needed.
Inventory management:
- Using an RF gun for accurate operational tasks, conducting cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and updating inventory systems.
Quality and safety:
- Adhering to work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols, including the company's 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) methodology for workplace cleanliness.
Problem-solving:
- Analyzing and resolving issues encountered during processes or reporting them as needed.
Basic math skills:
- Performing calculations to verify counts and identify part numbers.
Flexibility and punctuality:
- Being on time and willing to work various shifts and overtime as needed
