Location: Wixom, MI
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: 1st shift 6am-2pm
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a Cycle Counter to join our Supply Chain team! If you have warehouse or manufacturing experience, enjoy working with inventory, and want a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Investigate shortages, overages, and inventory variances
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
- Verify inventory accuracy and report findings to management
- Assist with physical inventories and inventory improvement initiatives
- Operate a forklift safely (certification required)
- Use Microsoft Office and inventory systems to maintain records
- Follow all company safety, quality, and inventory procedures
- Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
