Beverage Manager
Do you have a strong background as a Bar Manager / Beverage Director? The Beverage Manager will oversee the bar and beverage program over multiple bars and restaurants.
Key components include:
- Beverage Menu Development
- Mentoring / developing bartenders & servers on proper service & beverage pairing
- Hiring & training bar/FOH staff
- Handle beverage purchasing / inventory procedures
- Minimize waste
- Hold staff to extremely high service & quality standards
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and several years of experience as a Beverage Manager or Beverage Director in a high-volume restaurant group or hotel group with a large selection of craft beer, wine, and craft cocktails.
