Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and quality personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and developing a quality team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific QMS software platforms (e.g., MasterControl, SAP QM).
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
