• Based on a route sheet process that specifies the drawing of the part and the operations to be performed, enters the equipment settings and calls up the machining programme.. >> Assessment indicator : Appropriate production resources
• Arranges the part, initiates, then supervises the production operation, ensuring that it runs smoothly and in accordance with technical requirements. Ensures the flow and/or straightens parts in line with operational procedures and recommendations regarding safety and the environment.. >> Assessment indicator : Production standards met.
• During production, uses suitable measuring instruments to conduct self-checks and/or cross-checks based on instruction sheets. Signal any quality issues.. >> Assessment indicator : Quality indicators
• Ensures the required traceability (product/process) and reports on his/her work.. >> Assessment indicator : Applicable standards are met.
• Takes part in improvement groups, as well as the induction and training of colleagues in equipment use.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of actions carried out
• Carries out first-level maintenance on equipment and keeps his/her workspace clean and tidy.. >> Assessment indicator : 5S audit
• Detects and reports unsafe situations.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of relevant unsafe or at-risk situations reported
