Key Responsibilities

• Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to improve productivity and quality.
• Develop, implement, and sustain improvement projects that drive cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and enhanced product quality.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and quantify the impact of improvement efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and foster a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED) and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for identifying improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, drive change, and influence cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Change Management Practitioner (e.g., PROSCI)
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) for process modeling and optimization
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for creating compelling performance dashboards
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in manufacturing environments
