Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to close
- Build relationships with borrowers, answer questions, and provide loan solutions
- Stay current on lending products and industry trends
- Must have at least 1 active state Loan Officer license
- If you’re not currently licensed but were in the past, you may qualify if you’re able to activate a license prior to your start date. If you have never been licensed, you’re encouraged to apply to our Loan Officer Assistant position!
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Comfortable working leads and closing deals
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- High-earning commission structure with strong lead support
- In-house team and systems to help you close more deals
