Warehouse Associate/ General Labor
Location: Belding, MI
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
Pay: $15/hr
Job Summary:
The Warehouse General Laborer is responsible for assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks including loading/unloading, order picking, packing, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a warehouse/distribution setting.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support efficiency.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Support warehouse team members and supervisors with daily operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required – training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
