Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee the timely repair and troubleshooting of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to support operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Extensive experience with CMMS and developing/implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration and optimization.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
