Clinician - Total Family Services (Private Practice-Contractual)

Are you motivated to build up a client caseload on a fee split basis and expand your clinical skillset? Look no further than here at TCC to do just that! The Children’s Center is proud to announce the opening of the Total Family Services Program (TFS), which will be treating commercial insurance clients of any age.

This is a fee split contracted position paid on a 1099 basis open to Fully Licensed Clinicians.

If you enjoy autonomy and being rewarded by the effort you put in, then this program is for you! Work flexible hours with a group of board certified child and adult psychiatrists who will provide ongoing support. There is no minimum or maximum to the amount of clients you can take on for this position. Be in charge of your own schedule and let your self-determination drive you as a TFS Clinician at The Children’s Center.

TFS will be open on Monday through Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 8-2pm.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity you will need:

• Master’s degree in mental health related field such as; social work or counseling
• Must be Fully Licensed in the state of Michigan for the coordinating degree and maintain license throughout employment
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a program that diagnoses, evaluates, and treats adults with mental illness (MI) and children and youth with emotional disturbance (ED) and their families
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and family centered practices required
• Prior experience in providing Evidence-Based Practices for the treatment of mental health disorders in adults and emotional disturbance in children and youth required
• Must provide proof of malpractice insurance and maintain coverage as a TFS contractor
• Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills related to windows navigation, Microsoft Office and general office equipment
• Ability to effectively manage time, information and meet deadlines
• Maintain a flexible schedule in order to appropriately deliver services to meet client needs and by working evenings and weekends
• If position requires driving, you must be able to provide proof of having a current, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
