We're looking for a Resource Manager who can balance strategic workforce planning, client engagement, and project delivery support in a startup-style environment. This is not a traditional HR or staffing role; it requires a fintech consulting background, strong technical fluency, and the ability to wear multiple hats while driving client outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the central coordination point across clients, executive leadership, engineering teams, and recruiting.
Partner with project managers and delivery leads to forecast staffing needs, align resources, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage end-to-end resource allocation across multiple projects, tracking roll-offs, bench, utilization, and skill gaps.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand priorities, timelines, and talent needs for ongoing and upcoming engagements.
Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill real-time hiring needs and proactively plan for future growth.
Provide executive-level reporting on utilization, bandwidth, and staffing strategy.
Ensure smooth delivery of mission-critical fintech projects by mitigating resourcing risks, bottlenecks, and bandwidth conflicts.
Contribute to project governance by supporting delivery teams with resource planning, technical coordination, and client updates.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (mandatory).
10+ years of experience in resource management, project/program operations, or delivery management within fintech consulting or startup environments.
Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software engineering, digital banking, payments, or financial platforms.
Proven track record supporting high-growth, fast-paced projects where resourcing directly impacts delivery.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and tools like JIRA, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to think strategically about workforce planning while remaining hands-on with day-to-day resourcing challenges.
