**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate, in a healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
+ Document observations, incidents, and/or activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
+ Work collaboratively with facility staff and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Vaccination is required for hospital positions.
+ Must be able to work in hospital morgue environments.
+ Must be able to restrain individuals in hospital settings.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
