Paint Line Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
• Operate and monitor automated powder coating equipment, ensuring optimal application and finish quality.
• Efficiently load and unload parts and materials onto the paint line, adhering to production schedules and part specific handling procedures.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as specified to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
• Perform visual and functional quality inspections on finished products to meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Execute minor assembly tasks and part preparation as required within the production line flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all housekeeping and safety protocols.

Paint Line Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Steel Toes required.
