Location: Conti LLC Headquarters – Sterling Heights, MI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (work-hour flexibility provided)

Position Summary

Conti LLC is seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our headquarters team in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, making punctuality, organization, and a positive presence essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and experienced in managing phones and administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls accurately to the appropriate departments or teams
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at the front desk at all times
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming deliveries, including FedEx and other courier packages
• Create and manage office supply orders as needed
• Distribute lunches to staff upon arrival according to office procedures
• Perform basic administrative and accounting-related tasks, including:
  • Alphabetizing records
  • Organizing and distributing documents accordingly
• Support general office operations and assist various teams as needed
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous professional office or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and scheduled work hours
• Comfortable with basic administrative and clerical responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer use and standard office equipment
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in a fast-paced environment
