Location: Farmington Hills Clinic
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000

About The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, high-enthusiasm Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. This role is the heartbeat of our Southfield clinic—the person who sets the tone, supports the team, and ensures each day runs smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage scheduling for all clinic-based services, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Coordinate all clinic team members, keeping communication clear and collaboration strong.
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to keep the clinic prepared, secure, and organized.
Handle ordering, requisitions, and inventory management for all operational materials.
Coordinate maintenance needs to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
Support cleanliness and organization efforts, partnering with cleaning services and staff.
Promote positive culture and morale, serving as an enthusiastic and supportive presence.
Assist with clinic events and activities, contributing to team engagement and community-building.
