Now Hiring: Press Operators – Molding Department
Cadillac, MI
Attention: Reed City, Traverse City & Cadillac Areas!
Assembly Resource MFG is currently hiring Press Operators for our molding department. We have immediate openings on all shifts at a great facility in Cadillac. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with on-the-job training, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
Pay
$21.25/hour
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate injection press, Sacomat press, or assembly equipment
- Perform in-line testing to ensure product quality
- Follow process sheets and production guidelines carefully
- Verify components and materials before use
- Complete required traceability logs, lab sample tags, and production reports
