As a Senior Client Manager in Employee Benefits, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions that make a real difference to our clients and their employees. How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll lead renewal processes, working closely with clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. By building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, you’ll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.
- Experience managing client Sin employee benefits or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
- The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A commitment to ethical practices and doing business the right way.
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
