Dental Treatment Coordinator
We’re a patient-focused dental office looking for a warm, reliable, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first friendly face our patients see!
What You’ll Do:
- Check patients in and out with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Verify and process dental insurance.
- Collect payments and explain financial policies.
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries.
- Keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental office experience (required).
- Knowledge of dental procedures, scheduling, and insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience with Dentrix software (preferred).
