Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her teams ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected. Our team of nine spans two locations, providing high-quality service and meaningful support. We are also deeply involved in our communityproud sponsors of the Detroit Youth Choirs annual shows and active contributors to local initiatives. Kandiss serves on the Board of Trustees for Gift of Life Michigan and is a Founding Board Member of the Michigan Black Business Alliance. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kandiss Ecton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
