Green Acres of Lowell , a beautiful, assisted living home just 13 miles east of Grand Rapids, is seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers for full-time and part-time positions on all shifts.

About the Role:

As a Direct Care Worker , you will assist our elderly residents with daily living activities and help ensure their safety, dignity, and well-being. No license is required — we will provide paid on-the-job training to the right compassionate candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Follow prescribed healthcare plans and assist with medication administration
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and promote independence
• Help with light housekeeping and meal service as needed
• Accurately document care and report changes in resident condition
• Participate in every other weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player
• No certification required — we will train you!

Shifts Available:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
