Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production machinery.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Identify and implement improvements for machine reliability and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical repair and troubleshooting of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and diagnostic tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG)
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
