​​​​​​A controller's responsibilities encompass overseeing a company's financial reporting, budgeting, and financial activities. They ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting principles. Key responsibilities include budget preparation, financial statement preparation, and maintaining accounting records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Public accounting experience and/or CPA strongly preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Sage Intacct is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
