Our Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving all client services at Senior Helpers in Farmington Hills, MI and surrounding areas in Oakland County.

• Engaging in enjoyable conversations with clients to build strong relationships
• Participating in clients' favorite hobbies such as scrap-booking, gardening, or playing games
• Preparing meals for clients
• Assisting clients with daily activities like walking, dressing, and more
• Reporting on activities performed with clients and providing updates on their physical condition and behavior
• Follow and demonstrate the principles of 4 M's (What Matters, Mentation, Medication and Mobility) in all dealings with Senior Helpers clients
• Alzheimer's and Dementia care

Qualifications:

• Passionate about helping others
• Enjoy providing customer service and communicating with clients
• Desire to make a positive difference in the community and in someone's life
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia, Parkinson's and diabetic care is a plus
• Experience with colostomy bag, Foley catheter, dressing and bathing client's
• Demonstrate the principles of 4 M's in all encounters with clients
• Experience working in home care or a facility setting with seniors
