Responsibilities- Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team
- Prepare and manage mailings and email campaigns
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Handle basic data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a significant plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
