Salary Range: $124,000 - $173,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all financial reporting, including month-end close, financial statements, and management reports.
• Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize manufacturing operations and profitability.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Proven experience with financial statement preparation, month-end close, and GAAP compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis for production operations.
• Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial and operational modules.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies specific to a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Deep experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or advanced module utilization (e.g., cost accounting, production planning).
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced reporting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies to drive cost reduction and process efficiency.
• Previous involvement in M&A due diligence, integration, or divestiture activities.
